El Cuerpo Presente

El Cuerpo Presente

(The Present Body)

is an Eco-Somatic practice to attune our senses and bodies to the (Teachers of the) Land and listen to their imprint within each of us

Through play, somatic exercises, story-telling, meditation, medicine-making and other embodied practices we re-animate our connection to the Land, our Other-Than-Human Family, and ourselves
